From the beginning, Arden Homes was delivering extremely low quality build, with almost every item riddled with defects and extremely low quality workmanship. We had hired Arden Homes as our builder to build our knockdown and rebuild, house. As a result, I was so very grateful for the expertise of Kamran our Building Inspector from iSPECT Building Inspections to identify and produce detailed reports that I could send to Arden Homes, to request that these defects and issues to be fixed before handover. I had to lean on iSPECT Building Inspections and our Inspector - Kamran to find all of the faults at every stage of inspection and send the reports to Arden Homes to request that they rectify the faults. Having the expertise of Kamran our building inspector allowed me to feel much more secure during this really awful experience of knockdown and rebuild with Arden Homes.
